Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth booking experience: • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any penalties. • Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will require full payment of the service before booking any future appointments. • All deposits are non-refundable. • If your appointment is canceled within the 48-hour window, your deposit can be applied one time only to a rescheduled appointment. • After one reschedule, or if you fail to rebook in a timely manner, a new deposit will be required.
